I think Tilda Swinton will be my fashion/style icon in all honesty. She’s perfect and she has the perfect balance of feminity and masculinity. The photo shoots she’s done that are Bowie-esque are just stunning. STUNNING. I’m just gonna copy her. I have no shame.
Her stance is very rakish — extraordinarily Bowiesque. I like the combination of a straightlaced suit and the platforms.

I’ve been posting models that are a touch feminine for dandyhood, but this is so well conceived I can’t resist. The brilliant colors and the plaid work well together, and the double-breasted vest is a marvel, but the socks, shoes, and knickers stole my wayward heart.
…I get rather embarrassing over knickers.
